As soon as you place an order You will receive an automated confirmation email

We have a 4-5 business days production duration and 1-2 days for order delivery. Please allow a 7 days waiting period as these are the first few days after the official launch and we shall work on shortening the waiting period as soon as we are settled.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled but it can be returned, if it doesn’t have faults made by the customer.

You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Local (SA) orders are shipped with reliable local couriers (Courier guy and Postnet) which deliver at your doorstep.

Shipping delays may occur during sale days, weekends and public holidays.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. We will need a valid street address in order to deliver to you and delivery costs an additional R130.
